BOARD MEETINGS |
Regular Board Meetings are
called by the President. Special Board Meetings are called as per the
Bylaws. Almost all the meetings are open to the general public.
Dates, times and locations are announced on the Message Board.
The minutes of the meetings are
available for viewing at a Board Meeting. Please contact the secretary
prior to the meeting to ensure the minutes you want to see are available. (See
the Board
of Directors Page).
The public is invited to
participate in the discussions at the meetings but only Area Representatives
can vote.
